Overview of FUWA disc brake series axle
Integrated one-piece design axle beam with special heat treatment made by low carbon alloy steel 20Mn2.
Axles feature a new brake system that provides 30% more braking capability than conventional axles and with a lightweight design.
Axle beam is optional for round 127mm diameter, round 146mm diameter and square 150mm.
Track length could be customized.
Optional for SKF maintenance free bearing.

Special processed spindle with induction hardened bearing journals provide superior fatigue capability
The size of the brake friction pad is not long, the working surface area is only 12% to 6% of the brake disk area, so the heat dissipation is good.
The brake pad has a high unit pressure on the disc, easy to squeeze out the water, and easy to be smashed after being wet by the centrifugal force, and the wiping action of the pad on the disc.
The braking torque does not affect forward and reverse driving of vehicle.
Easier replacement and maintenance for disc type friction pad
The gap between the brake disc and the friction pad is small (0.05~0.15mm), which shortens the operation time of the cylinder piston and increases the force transmission ratio of the brake drive mechanism
The thermal expansion of the brake disc does not cause the brake pedal stroke loss which also simplifies the design of the automatic gap adjustment device.
