Overview of FUWA VALX series axle
High-strength seamless cold-drawn shaft tube, the basic structure of which does not need to be welded
Axles feature a new brake system that provides 30% more braking capability than conventional axles and with a lightweight design
Axle assembly and all key components have been thoroughly tested and fatigue tested at the MIT Vehicle Technology Testing Center in the UK to the highest standards in the industry
Higher precision manufacturing hub units than European standards ensure accurate bearing preloading and uniform bearing forces.
SKF's high-temperature, long-life oil seal specially developed for the VALX axle
TIMKEN provides high-precision bearings with high-quality fully synthetic extreme pressure greases
Axle beam is optional for round 146mm diameter and square 150mm
Camshaft length could be customized
