Cautions for the Lifting of Semi End Dump Trailers
1. The hydraulic cylinder of semi end dump trailers is a lifting cylinder. It is strictly forbidden to use the cylinder as a stable support for the car body;
2. The time of the oil cylinder in the air under the lifting state is no more than 2 hours (no more than 30 minutes in the humid air), otherwise it will cause oxidation and corrosion of the cylinder;
3. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble and adjust the overflow valve on the lift valve, otherwise the hydraulic system will lose its safety protection function and cause an accident;
4. When loading the cargo from semi end dump trailers, operators shall ensure that the loadings are evenly loaded. If the cargo is loaded near the front, the hydraulic system will be overloaded. When the cargo is loaded near the back, the vehicle will tilt and overturn during unloading, and the cargo will be unbalanced. It is easy to strain the oil cylinder and roll over;
5. When the vehicle is unloading, it is necessary to ensure that the unloading ground where the vehicle is located is strong and flat. Keep the vehicle balanced, and the main vehicle and the trailer in a straight line;
6. During the lifting operation, the operator can not leave the operating position. It is strictly forbidden for anyone to stand or walk near the working area;
7. During the lifting operation, the operator must pay attention to the influence of the side wind. The force of the longer side wind on the surface of the semi end dump trailer will cause the vehicle to roll over;
8. The cargo in the vehicle should not be higher than the rear door (unless it can be guaranteed that it will not jam the main rear door) and the rear door locking device must be opened before lifting and unloading, otherwise the cargo will be crowded at the rear of the vehicle and the vehicle will tip over during unloading;
9. When temperature is lower than 0 degrees, please pay attention to whether the cargo is frozen, otherwise the vehicle will roll over due to the imbalance when unloading;
10. Do not move the vehicle while the carriage is in a lifted state, and do not use sudden braking to unload sticky goods, otherwise it will cause the vehicle to roll over or damage the cylinder;
11. If the lifting angle of the car body reaches about 25 degrees (the car has been lifted halfway), and the cargo in the car has not been unloaded, please stop lifting and check the cause of stickiness;
12. If you have a foreboding that rollover may occur during lifting, please stop lifting and slowly drop the car;
13. Wait for about 30 seconds after the car body has fallen completely. Be sure to put the air control valve handle in the mid-stop position. Do not start the vehicle in the lowered position to avoid all the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil cylinder from returning to the hydraulic oil tank, causing cavitation and spraying of the oil cylinder;
14. When the vehicle needs to be lifted during repair or maintenance, please ensure that the vehicle is safely supported. Working under the vehicle without safety support will pose a threat to life.
