Specific Process of Container Transport Trailer Operation
1. Container delivery trailer receiving orders: The customer will submit "BOOKING CONFIRM" and "Trailer Operation Power of Attorney" in advance according to its out-of-the-box plan.
2. Container delivery trailer inspections: After receiving the order, the operation team will strictly review the container delivery date, location, customs declaration method, etc., and specify S/ONO, container type, container volume, freight rate, whether to help submit and the costs of items, etc. After the review is passed, the team will immediately infrom the client to confirm the acceptance of the entrustment by email, fax or telephone.
3. Container delivery trailer document-making: After reviewing the order, the time of preparation will be determined according to the date of making the cabinet and the customer's need of container delivery, so as to avoid unnecessary waste of the preparation fee. According to the arrangement of the operation group, the document-making group will go to the corresponding shipping company with S/O in exchange for a formal EIR.
4. Container delivery trailer feedback: the document-making group will notify the operation group of the information of the production order, such as the location of the cabinet or other abnormal conditions, and the operation group will feed this information back to our customers.
5. Plan dispatch of container delivery trailer: After receiving the delivery plan from the operation team, the vehicle arrangement will be determined according to the objective situation within the company. Then, the neatly filled-in "Dragging Operation Sheet" and "Terminal Pickup Sheet" of our company and other documents required by the customer are stapled together and handed over to the arranged driver intact.
6. The feedback dispatch group of container delivery trailer tracks the vehicle dynamics 24 hours a day, and feeds back vehicle information, such as license plate number, driver information, cabinet number, to the operation group in time, and then the operation group feedbacks the corresponding information to the customer.
7. Submission of container delivery trailer: The driver will deliver the heavy container to the dock after loading the cargo and sealing it at the local customs. The operation team will deliver the heavy cabinet paper and submitted materials to the reporting team, and the reporting team will feed back the reporting dynamics to the customer through the operation team.
8. Container delivery trailer INVOICE: After the batch of containers is released, our company will issue an INVOICE based on the above, so that customers can confirm various expenses in time.
